If you have a question about a specific robot, a use case that a review didn’t cover, or a window type you’re unsure about — use the form below. Questions that are useful for other readers may be added to the FAQ section of the relevant review, with credit if you’d like it.

Press and Brand Inquiries

Window Robot Guide accepts review unit loans for testing purposes. A loaned unit does not purchase a positive review. Every loaned unit goes through the same six-test battery as purchased units. If testing reveals significant limitations, they are documented in the review regardless of the loan relationship. Brands that are not comfortable with that condition should not send units.

Corrections

If a measurement, price, or product specification in a review is incorrect, corrections are taken seriously and acted on quickly. Use the subject line ‘Correction’ and include the review URL and the specific data point in question. Corrected posts are updated and the change is noted at the top of the post.

Response Time

Most messages receive a response within 2–3 business days. Review unit and brand partnership inquiries may take longer during active testing periods.
